In 2013, Ernest L. Perry, Jr. was named President & CEO of HandsOn Central Ohio, a social enterprise that applies information technology and data science to build smarter, healthier, and more engaged neighborhoods of opportunity.

Previously, Perry served as Executive Director at the Pennsylvania-based neighborhood development partnership, Promise Neighborhoods of the Lehigh Valley. He has also led similar neighborhood and economic development organizations and strategies in Reading, PA and Cincinnati.

Perry received his Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University, Master’s Degrees from Miami University and The Ohio State University, a Master’s Certificate from Villanova University, and completed Executive Programs at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Harvard Business School.
