No, everyone is welcome at our weekly forums. On occasion, we have special events that are for members only, but the majority of our events are open to the public.

By registering for a Columbus Metropolitan Club (CMC) event, you agree to the following terms: If you need to cancel a paid registration, you may do so up to a week before the event for a full refund. If you need to cancel within a week of the event, but at least 48 hours in advance, you can notify us at admin@columbusmetroclub.org, and we will gladly accommodate a named replacement to use your registration. However, if fewer than 48 hours remain before the event, no further accommodations or refunds can be made.

CMC will cancel and reschedule a forum in the event of a Level 2 Snow Emergency as declared by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. CMC will make every effort to alert registrants via the CMC website, social media and by email as the situation allows.

CMC reserves the right to cancel an event as scheduled due to acts or circumstances beyond CMC’s control (including but not limited to weather, damage of event space, strikes, pandemics, and states of emergency). In this case, CMC will issue credits but is not obligated to issue refunds. Credits from postponement of cancellation may be used towards the rescheduled event.

Yes, you must register in advance. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

When you register for our weekly forums you will be asked to choose from standard or vegetarian. You can also choose not to purchase a meal for a reduced registration fee. We are unable to process special meal requests at the forums so please make sure you indicate your choice in advance.

All forum topics are submitted to our Program Committee each month and are vetted by those committee members. You are welcome to offer panel topics and experts’ names for consideration via forum proposal form.

Please feel comfortable to come as you are. You will see professionals from downtown wearing suits, independent business people wearing jeans, and everything in between. Business casual is a good bet.

Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m., the forum starts promptly at 12:00 p.m., and ends at 1:00 p.m.

The livestream begins at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m.
