Marshall is a creative thinker with a passion for design. His passion is only rivaled by his commitment to being a father and serving as a community resource and advocate for artists, students, and entrepreneurs. With more than 10 years of experience, he is skilled at taking a project from concept to reality using a diversity of mediums.

As founder of Soulo Theory Creative, he has worked with several Ohio and national organizations on branding, design, creative marketing, and advertising. He is a co-founder of Creative Control Fest – an annual creative conference aimed at accelerating ethnic and cultural diversity in creative fields. Marshall also founded the BRUSH Experience, an art-centered social event where patrons collaborate on a paint-by-numbers style community mural.

The Cleveland native earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in industrial design and a minor in advertising and graphic design from the Columbus College of Art & Design.
