Margaret D. Finley is the Head of Culture & Engagement and Corporate Affairs at Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), where she leads enterprisewide strategies that strengthen organizational culture, elevate employee experience, and advance the company’s commitment to community impact and corporate responsibility. Margaret also serves as President of the Central Ohio Belonging Consortium, a premier regional organization dedicated to helping companies build workplaces where every individual feels valued and empowered. In this role, she guides the Consortium’s mission to be the goto resource for cultivating cultures of belonging, shaping thought leadership, and convening leaders committed to meaningful, sustainable culture transformation.
