Kamilah Dixon, MD

Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology , The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

Dr. Dixon is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She is Interim Division Director for the for the Division of General Obstetrics & Gynecology as well as an assistant professor. She also serves as Medical Director of the Moms2B program.

Dr. Dixon’s career and research interests include eliminating racial and ethnic inequities in reproductive health care. This includes improving access to quality health care in all communities. Dr. Dixon is the principal investigator on a state grant-funded project to investigate experiences of discrimination of Black birthing people in their prenatal care. She also serves on the Health Equity Steering Committee for the Ohio Maternal Safety Quality Improvement Project.
