Lindsay Baker brings over 14 years of experience at Huntington National Bank, where she began her career in retail banking and transitioned into community engagement in 2016. In her current role as Regional Director of Community Philanthropy and Engagement, she leads philanthropic outreach and colleague engagement across Central Ohio, aligning Huntington’s values with meaningful, measurable community impact. 

Lindsay is deeply committed to fostering growth in the communities she serves and is passionate about building strong, purpose-driven relationships. Her focus areas include pediatric cancer, food security, leadership development along with mentorship—causes that reflect both her personal values and professional mission. 

She currently serves on the Leadership Columbus Board and the Development Committee for Mid-Ohio Food Collective. She completed her term as Board President of Nellie’s Champions for Kids (NC4K) in 2022 and continues to volunteer actively with a variety of nonprofit organizations throughout Central Ohio. 

Lindsay resides in Newark, Ohio, with her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Rowen.
