Bill comes to the Museum after 27 years of service in the U.S. Army as a career Infantry officer and an additional two years as a senior Department of the Army civilian. Bill is a seasoned non-profit leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross functional leadership. He spearheaded initiatives at the NVMM leading to significant attendance growth and cost savings.

Prior to returning to Ohio in 2019, he was a senior Department of the Army civilian with U.S. Army Africa in Vicenza, Italy. A career Infantry officer, he retired from the U.S. Army in 2017 after 27 years of active-duty service in leadership roles across the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
