Charles Noble is a Senior Project Manager at the Franklin
County Department of Jobs & Family Services. Prior to joining
Franklin County, was the Director of African American Male
Initiatives at the Columbus Urban League, and the Program
Manager for Boys and Men of Color Initiatives at the Kirwan
Institute – where he helped to start the Franklin County My
Brother’s Keeper Initiative. Noble’s work focuses on systems
alignment, health equity, and designing strategies and initiatives for health
and human services organizations. Noble has delivered two TEDx
talks, and has been featured on CNN. Noble holds a JD from the
Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and a Masters
In Urban Planning and Design from the University of Maryland.
