How to Find Your CMC Membership Card

Are you excited about CMC’s participation in the Columbus Membership Advantage Program but don’t know where to find your membership card? Follow these easy steps:

• Visit your membership profile, and login if you aren’t already.
• At the top of your profile, you will see your membership card which includes your name, membership number, and expiration date.
• To get a print-ready copy of your card, click on “Printable PDF“.
• To download an image of your card to your phone, click on “Image Optimized for Smartphones“, which you can show in lieu of a physical card.
