Before taking over as Director of Development, for the City of Reynoldsburg, Andrew [Bowsher] was a developer for the Air Force, innovating Space Launch Complexes, for Rockets and missiles in California. He has also spent time as a community development director for the YMCA of central Ohio, and a consultant on several projects around the region. A graduate of “The” Ohio State University, in city and regional planning, Andrew desires to build equity by changing policy, and creating solutions to problems throughout central Ohio.
