Co-Founder, The WORTH Foundation

Andrew Pierce, II is the Co-Founder of The WORTH Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to creating a positive transformative change in our communities and ultimately the world through civic education, leadership development, and community engagement focused on developing leaders and building community. He’s helped create programs centered around youth leadership, voter registration, and more. He attends The Ohio State University where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy Analysis. He serves as the On-Campus Living Area Senator in Undergraduate Student Government, is a Mount Leadership Society Scholar, and 2020 recipient of the Office of Student Life Outstanding First Year Student Award. A lifelong resident of Columbus, he graduated Columbus Alternative High School with an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
