Andriel Ugbomeh, CEO of Healing Without Limits, is an award-winning leader in the field of mental health and systemic change. Her extensive expertise spans private practice, psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient treatment, and substance use disorder treatment. As a specialist in EMDR therapy, Andriel has been instrumental in treating adults with mental illness.

Her profound expertise in systemic change within the mental health sector is underscored by her significant experience, including managing a $96-million State Opioid Response (SOR) grant in Ohio. This role involved overseeing funding to nearly 20 local government ADAMH boards and collaborating with a mix of government, non-profit, and for-profit entities.

Driven by her passion, experiences, and deep expertise in the field, Andriel founded Healing Without Limits. The organization is not just a pioneer in workplace mental health but also provides Subject Matter Expert Consulting Services aimed at advancing mental health systems. Notably, Healing Without Limits led a systemic project on behalf of the current commissioner of the FDA, in collaboration with senior leaders from various Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies including the FDA, SAMHSA, CDC, NIH, OS, and other federal entities. This project focused on advancing the federal behavioral health system and reducing overdose deaths.

The Mental Health Workplace Wellness program at Healing Without Limits addresses mental health in corporate environments by partnering with corporations to help infuse mental wellness into their organizational DNA. This program enhances employee engagement and retention, reduces turnover, and drives overall business success through comprehensive organizational assessments and crafting customized strategies aligned with each organization’s unique needs and goals.

Under Andriel’s leadership, Healing Without Limits is dedicated to advancing how mental health is managed in the workplace and improving mental health systems at large.

Andriel completed her Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Bowling Green State University and holds a Master of Science in Social Administration (Social Work) from Case Western Reserve University.
