Cleveland native, Ariane Kirkpatrick, also known as a serial entrepreneur, community leader and philanthropist had a vision of becoming an entrepreneur at an early age and hasn’t looked back since. Ariane’s goal as an entrepreneur has been to get into industries that minorities find themselves almost shut out of.

Ariane is the CEO of Harvest Grows, Harvest of Ohio, and Harvest Processing, companies with large-scale medical, cannabis cultivation, dispensary, and processing licenses, for operations in Ironton, Beavercreek, Columbus, and Athens, Ohio.

In addition, Ariane is the president and CEO of The AKA Team, a 13-year-old full-service commercial construction and facilities company based in Cleveland.

Ariane loves the city of Cleveland and she’s been recognized by several organizations as a result of her efforts to play a role in improving programs, including diversity and inclusion efforts in various industries. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies at Cleveland State University and is also an alumnus of Cuyahoga Community College.

But her proudest accomplishment is being the mother of two sons, Ali and Kristopher. She is the proud wife of Danny Couch, and honored bonus mom of Camille and Jazmine.
