Bryant Petway is an accomplished Construction Executive with ArchKey Solutions, specializing in hyperscale data center electrical construction. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge & leadership to his roles. 

In addition to his professional expertise, Bryant is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of leaders. He currently serves as a board member for the COSI KINETIC Board & for Lead The Academy, where he contributes to the development & growth of innovative initiatives within the industry. 

Bryant’s passion for construction is matched by his dedication to fostering collaborative, empowering environments. As a mentor with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Mentor Program, he works to inspire & guide emerging professionals, advocating for authenticity throughout the industry.  

A Nashville native & graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bryant is proud to make Columbus his second home.
