Denise Eck is the News Director of NBC4 in Columbus, which provides more than 50 hours of local news, weather and information each week, and information 24/7 on nbc4i.com. She joined NBC4 in 2019.Ms. Eck is the first female news director in the history of WCMH-TV.

During the Covid-19 pandemic she debuted a state-of-the-art news set and launched new newscasts at noon, 4:30pm and expanded news on Saturday mornings at NBC4.

Before moving into newsroom management, Denise spent 15 years as a broadcast news reporter, anchor and producer.

Denise and her husband live in Columbus with their 8-year-old son and two dogs.
