CEO, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio

Doug Wolf is Chief Executive Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio, where he leads a team of passionate and dedicated professionals in their pursuit to enable young people to reach their full potential.

Doug was named CEO of BGCCO in 2020 after four years with the organization. As CEO, Doug has prioritized people believing the “BGCCO Family” is the driving force to achieving outcomes for Central Ohio’s young people. Under his leadership, BGCCO successfully expanded operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, completed a $15.3 million comprehensive campaign, and achieved the highest Club member experience scores in the organization’s history.

Doug also serves as a gubernatorial appointee to the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund Board of Directors and a member of the Ohio Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs Board of Directors.

Prior to BGCCO Doug served in a variety of roles at Nationwide Children’s concluded his tenure there leading efforts in community engagement as part of Nationwide Children’s Healthy Neighborhoods, Healthy Families initiative targeting community level improvements in health and wellness, education, workforce development, neighborhood safety and affordable housing.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training and sports management/wellness from Wilmington College. He holds a Master of Science degree in allied health/health promotion from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration from Tiffin University.

Doug and his wife, Jan, reside in Bexley, Ohio. They have two children, Cooper and Luca.
