Emmalyn Jerome is the Chief Executive Officer of Lower Lights Ministries, where she has lived and served for more than 14 years leading community-based initiatives in supportive housing, children and youth development, and neighborhood transformation on the west side of Columbus. She began her work with the organization as the live-in House Manager at Rachel’s House, a supportive housing program for women returning from incarceration. Over the years, she has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, ultimately stepping into the role of CEO in 2022.
