Falon is a Partner at Narya. Prior to Narya, Falon founded Sadie Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm and served as the first CEO of VentureOhio. Falon is a veteran of the Ohio Air National Guard and serves on several nonprofit boards focused on innovation and economic development.
