Director of Recycling, Rumpke Waste & Recycling
Jeff Snyder started his career at WestRock in 1991, where he held several positions in the mill and converting side of the business. He joined WestRock’s recycling division in 2008, where he ran several recycling plants in Indianapolis; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Huntsville, Alabama; and Columbus, Ohio. Snyder oversaw the building of two single-stream material recovery facilities, one in Chattanooga and the other in Cobb County, Georgia.
In 2014, Snyder joined Pratt Industries as Midwest mill buyer and operations manager. He oversaw the sourcing of 50,000 tons of fiber a month for paper mills in Valparaiso, Indiana, and Wapakoneta, Ohio, as well as ran and managed two recycling plants and mill fiber operations. In 2020, Snyder joined Rumpke Waste & Recycling as corporate senior recycling manager, and in September 2021, was promoted to director of recycling.
He graduated from North West Missouri State University with a degree in business management and lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Jackie.
