Jennifer Sharma, MA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Huckleberry House, leading efforts to provide stability, safety, and hope to youth ages 12-24 years old who are in crisis or experiencing homelessness. Jennifer is a seasoned executive leader and organizational strategist with more than 25 years of experience guiding public, private, and nonprofit organizations through growth, transformation, and performance improvement. Jennifer has led and participated in numerous national, state, and local committees and advisory groups dedicated to advancing outcomes for children, families, and underserved communities. Her experience in housing, human services, and systems of care give her unique insight into the complexities of serving youth and families experiencing homelessness. Driven by a commitment to equity, collaboration, and community well-being, Jennifer believes that organizations and communities thrive when all individuals are valued, included, and provided equitable opportunities to succeed. She lives in Dublin, Ohio, with her husband Micky.
