Keith’s military service, characterized by discipline and dedication, laid the foundation for his commendable work ethic. Transitioning to the real estate sector, he commenced his post-military journey at Security Capital Group, a REIT.

Here, his exceptional work ethic did not go unnoticed, earning him rapid advancement and the opportunity to hone his management skills. His journey continued with significant roles at Security Capital Group, where he excelled in key acquisitions, and at Case & Associates, where he was instrumental in strategic growth in the Southwest. His reputation for delivering results saw him climb the ranks, culminating in a Vice-President role. At NiSource, Keith led the Real Estate Division for a Fortune 500 company, demonstrating his capability to lead and innovate at the highest levels. Under Keith’s stewardship, Oakwood Management has flourished, benefitting from his strategic acumen and industry insight. It is now the largest Multi-Family Investor and Management company in Ohio and has made The Columbus Business First FAST 50 LIST as one of Central Ohio’s fastest growing companies. His leadership drives the company forward and inspires a culture of excellence and integrity.

Keith’s commitment extends beyond the boardroom into community service. He contributes his expertise and leadership to various boards, including the Institute of Real Estate Management and Family Flourish. His role as Sr. Pastor at The Purpose Center Church highlights his dedication to faith and community. Keith has been featured in Who’s Who In Black (Columbus Edition). He also was named Executive of the Year by the Multifamily Innovation Council for 2024. In addition, Keith has received the coveted C-SUITE Award from Columbus Business First. Keith’s academic achievements, including an MBA from Webster University, a bachelor’s in Accounting and Business Management, and several prestigious industry designations, underscore his professional excellence. However, his greatest pride lies in being a devoted husband to his wife Stephanie and father to 3 amazing children, Phyllicia, Keith II & Tyler, grounding his achievements in family and faith.
