Kelley Griesmer joined The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio as President and CEO in December 2018. The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio is a public foundation with a mission to transform the lives of women and girls by mobilizing the collective power and passion of all people working together, and a vision of a world where gender equity is the norm in work and life.

Previously, Griesmer worked at The Columbus Foundation as the Director of Special Projects and later served on its leadership team as Senior Vice President. While at The Columbus Foundation, she worked to build a strong, connected community through new initiatives such as The Big Table and Kind Columbus, among others. In 2008, she left her 13-year legal career at Jones Day and helped to found Pelotonia. As Pelotonia’s first Chief Operating Officer, Kelley helped the organization raise over $106 million dollars in its first 7 years.

Griesmer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and History from Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
