Co-Founder, Bake Me Happy
Letha Pugh is the Co-Founder of Bake Me Happy. A self-described “entrepreneur” since the third grade, Pugh was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She has lived in Columbus, Ohio since 2001 and has owned multiple small businesses, including a consulting agency, a home healthcare agency and most recently, a gluten-free wholesale bakery and coffee shop since 2013. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors’ Degree in nursing and a Masters Degree in information systems from Florida Tech University. Pugh is also a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses program, the first Columbus cohort and now part of an amazing network of entrepreneurs across the country.
Pugh has spent the last 15 years as a small business owner and volunteer in a number of different organizations throughout the Columbus community. She recently became a partner in Muse Hospitality, a start-up restaurant group with 3 other restaurant veterans with a combined 75 years of experience in the restaurant space. She and her business partner, Wendy, who is also her wife, are working to bring increased awareness to the food allergen community, specifically gluten-free. Pugh resides with her partner of 13 years and their 8-year-old daughter, Avery, who is an amazing swimmer.
