Margaret D. Finley, CPEC, CDP is a transformation leader leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Corporate Affairs at Advanced Drainage Systems. She is a board member of The ADS Foundation and strategically leads the execution of the company’s priorities for giving back to the community. She also serves as Vice President of Central Ohio Diversity Consortium.
Margaret strives to be a trusted advisor and thought leader to those she is entrusted to lead and serve. She has over twenty years of experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, and leadership development. She is a certified personal and executive coach, a graduate of Leadership Columbus, United Way of Central Ohio Project Diversity and currently serves as an Associate Dean for The Links, Incorporated National Leadership Academy. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in global management and communications from Wilberforce University. As well, she has certifications in Emotional Intelligence from EBPSYCH, DISC Personalysis and Certified Diversity Professional from National Diversity Council. Margaret wholeheartedly believes in living life by design, rather than by default.
