Director of Social Work, Columbus Public Health
Marian Stuckey is the Director of Social Work for Columbus Public Health. In this role, she is director for CARE, which stands for Community, Action, Resilience and Empowerment. The Columbus CARE Coalition provides hope and healing to individuals, families, and neighborhoods experiencing trauma.
The CARE Steering Committee is made up of Columbus Public Health, Center for Family Safety and Healing, Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services (ETSS), Mental Health of America of Ohio, Mount Carmel Crime and Trauma Assistance Program, OhioHealth Trauma Recovery Center, and the Columbus Division of Fire.
Stuckey received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Central State University, her MBA from the University of Phoenix, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
