Mr. Mark D. Kvamme served as a Partner and Venture Capitalist of Sequoia Capital (known as Sequoia Capital Partners). Mr. Kvamme joined Sequoia Capital Partners in 1999 and focused on services and software investments. He served as the Chairman of CKS Group Inc. from 1991 to December 1998, Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to December 1998 and as its Partner since 1989. From September 1986 to January 1989, he served as International Marketing Manager of Wyse Technology, Inc. Mr. Kvamme served as a Director for International Marketing of Wyse Technology. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of International Solutions Inc., from 1984 to 1986 and served as a Founding Member of Apple France. From 1980 to 1984, he served various management positions in international sales and marketing and in product development of Apple Computer Inc., as well as being one of the initial managers of Apple France. He served as Vice President of Marketing of Pillar Corporation. Mr. Kvamme serves as Chairman of Mark Logic Corporation. From December 1998 to February 2000, he served as Chairman of USWeb Corporation. He serves as a Director of PopularMedia, Inc., Navigenics, Inc., Kavam.com Inc., FON Wireless, AdBrite Inc., PeopleLivingwithCancer.org, Bang Networks, Inc., StrongMail Systems, Inc., Sequoia Capital Partners, SimpleFeed, Stardoll, Cast Iron Systems Inc., Searchme, Inc., MotoSport, Inc. and EMN8 Inc. He has been a Director of State of Ohio Department of Development since January 10, 2011. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at MEVIO, Inc. (formerly, PodShow). He served as Member of Advisory Board of Canoe Ventures LLC since April 2010. He served as a Director of USWeb Corporation since December 1998. He served as a Director at The Film Department Holdings, Inc. until July 14, 2010. He served on the Boards of , IronHide, Tonos Entertainment, Cerisent, divine GmbH, Miadora, Tradia, eMadison, Corvigo, Inc., Sawyer Media, Harmonic, and Adobe Macromedia Software LLC (formerly, Macromedia (MACR)). He served as a Director of LinkedIn Corp. from November 2003 to January 2011. He served as a Director of Allocity Inc., and CKS Group Inc. since 1989. Mr. Kvamme served as a Director of Marchfirst Inc. since March 2000. Mr. Kvamme has a B.A. in French Economics and Literature from the University of California at Berkeley.
