Marnie Holder is a dedicated professional committed to bridging the gap between military service and civilian employment, ensuring that veterans find meaningful careers post-service. With over two decades of military experience, including leadership roles in the US Army, Marnie has transitioned into civilian life with a mission to support her fellow service members.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Advancement at The National Veterans Memorial and Museum, Marnie spearheads initiatives to empower veterans through employment opportunities. Her extensive background includes serving as the Director of Hiring Events at Hiring Our Heroes, where she orchestrated events connecting veterans with employers.
With a keen focus on communication and fundraising skills, Marnie has garnered recognition for her impactful contributions to the veteran community. Marnie joined the NVMM with 23 years of combined Federal Government service as a senior Department of Army civilian and staff member in the US Senate; and 6 years of national non-profit experience as Director of Hiring Events for the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Hiring Our Heroes. She is a 2023 George W. Bush Presidential Leadership Scholar.
