Nicole serves as Corporate Counsel for Sportradar US based in New York, where she works closely with the business units on both gaming and media law matters in the global sports industry. Sportradar is a global leader in sports data and technology and has partnered with leagues such as NBA, NFL, NHL and NASCAR in the collection and distribution of sports data in the United States and around the world.

In Nicole’s work for Sportradar, she advises the company and clients on a broad range of issues, particularly in the areas of gaming and media law as they relate to the sports betting industry. After the fall of the Professional and Amateur Sports Professionalism Act, she has assisted the company in navigating the myriad of commercial, corporate, and regulatory issues concerning domestic and foreign data and service suppliers, operators, and platforms in the United States’ sports betting market.

Nicole is an active member of the New York State Bar. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a juris doctorate from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
