Padmini Roy-Dixon as Economic Development Director & Regional Innovation Officer at The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC). Her previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for Global Gateways and Partnerships at The Ohio State University, Chief of the Business Services Division and the Office of Opportunities for New Americans at the Ohio Department of Development, along with work at financial industry giants Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She holds a master’s degree from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University, a master’s degree in finance from Boston College, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi.
