Executive Director, National Alliance on Mental Illness of Franklin County
Rachelle possesses over 50 years of public service experience in the health care field, including coordination of health care systems nationally and internationally. Currently she is the Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Franklin County. She previously served as the Director of Training and Prevention Network Services Manager for the ADAMH Board of Franklin County and the co-founding partner of the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation, where she chaired the Suicide Prevention Advisory Committee for over four years.Â
Rachelle has been Project Coordinator for the HIV Outreach Demonstration Support Project, sponsored by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). She was the team leader for the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Project, sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).Â
Rachelle is a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Columbus and a Dominican Sister of Peace Associate. She was formally the Chair of the Martin de Porres Advisory Board and the former Executive Director of Black Catholic Ministries. Â
