Ronald G. Murray, MPA, LSW, LCDC-III is from Columbus, Ohio has over 16+ years’ experience a service provider, community advocate, and clinician. Ronald is a graduate of Columbus State Community College and Ohio Dominican University. He completed his Masters at Walden University and is currently working to complete his Doctorate.

Mr. Murray has been working in HIV/AIDS as an advocate, service provider, educator and trainer since 1994. He’s been a mental health and alcohol and/or drug counselor since 2006. Ronald currently works as the Program Director for the Franklin County Community Courts’ Courthouse MAT program. Additionally, he is employed at Arizona Counseling and Consultation Services, LLC as a clinical assessment counselor consultant and mental health and AOD clinician. Mr. Murray he is the founder and CEO of P.E.A.C.E of Mind, LLC which is committed to providing personal and professional development/education to individuals and organizations throughout the community.

Ronald is also heavily involved in the house and ballroom community as founding father of the House of Xclusive Lanvin and is the Overall Godfather of the house. He is also the Godfather of the house and ballroom community in Ohio., “Godfather Ron” is the co-creator of the XL CARES Initiative which is the social enterprise component for the house of Lanvin and focuses on care, advocacy, resources, education and services for the ballroom community.

Ronald is deeply embedded in the local and national LGBTQ+ community as an advocate, spoke person and trainer. Ronald is master trainer and trains community on various topics to include: Trauma and Substance Use, Mental Health and HIV, Mental Health specific, Substance use specific, GLBT youth, HIV/AIDS and communities of color, leadership, cultural competency and gender-based education for professionals.
