Stacey Frohnapfel-Hasson, MPA, OCPC, serves as Chief of Prevention and Problem Gambling Services for the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. She manages policy, planning, public engagement and workforce development for a statewide prevention and problem gambling services system of care. For 20 months she served as lead for bringing the 988 Suicide Prevention Lifeline into Ohio. Stacey has 20-plus years in systems-building initiatives with for-profit, non-profit, and governmental entities. While with the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities, her focus was supportive housing and senior services. Stacey is an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant and a Master Trainer in Healthy IDEAS. She has a Master’s in Public Administration from Ohio University and a BS in Communications from West Liberty University, WV. She served six years on City Council in Whitehall, Ohio.
