Some 609,517 Ohioans lost their Medicaid coverage after COVID-19 protections ended last year, but there’s also cause for optimism: a record number of Ohioans enrolled in coverage this year through the Affordable Care Act health insurance marketplace. Just how large is the challenge of inequitable access to healthcare in Central Ohio?
