This event has ended, but don't worry we have a new forum each week!
Downtown Columbus has seen a lot of changes over the past year, from workers leaving office buildings downtown to work at home, to those bent on destruction using protests in the city as a cover to commit damage on local businesses, but despite these setbacks, downtown development is thriving with new investments, new buildings, and renovations continuing with plans announced for more. Current and new apartment buildings are attracting young professionals and empty nesters, and CAPA just announced reopening the Ohio Theatre for the fall Broadway series. Downtown may be a bit bruised, but it certainly is still healthy and ready for a big comeback. Our panel will discuss what is ahead for our city as the future looks brighter each day.
Featuring Brad DeHays, Founder, Connect Realty; Bob Szuter, Co-Founder, Head of Operations, Wolf’s Ridge Brewing; Timothy N. Crawford, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Departments of Family Medicine and Population and Public Health Sciences at Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University; and host Marc Conte, Acting Executive Director, Capital Crossroads and Discovery SID.
For this discussion on February 24, limited live audience seating is not available.
