These are unsettling times for all of us as we are forced to adjust to new routines. Learning coping skills is a must, but it is the youngest among us who are particularly vulnerable to traumatic change.

Considering the impact and potential for lifelong consequences to children’s developing brains it is critical that we provide enrichening environments and comfort for our youth.
